Travelogue to Dubai
My name is Najmeh. I’m a woman of 32 years who is a resident of Tehran and someone who is passionate about traveling and seeking adventure. Additionally, I work as a sales manager in a trading company. Speaking of my travel experiences, I must say that I am quite accustomed to embarking on journeys without any prior planning or scheduling. In fact, my trip to Dubai was no exception to this rule of mine.
It so happened that my friend was able to secure a visa for me to visit Dubai. However, at that point in time, I didn’t quite feel like traveling. Nevertheless, time was running out, and it was only at the stroke of midnight that I decided to book my flight ticket and set out to explore the beautiful city of Dubai. Armed with my trusty backpack that had always accompanied me on my many adventures, I finally began my journey to Dubai, which commenced in October 2022.
For me, this was the first time I was visiting this modern city, and needless to say, I was absolutely fascinated by its many wonders. I had initially planned to stay for a week, but being an ardent lover of nature and adventure, I decided to stay for only three days. During these three days, I explored the many old parts of the city, immersing myself in its traditional neighborhoods, and indulging in some of the most delectable Arabic and Yemeni cuisines.
One of the days, I even visited the iconic Dubai Mall and the Dubai fountain, which was a musical landscape that I thoroughly enjoyed. All in all, I must say that I had a great trip. However, I did find the city to be quite expensive, crowded, and full of fanfare, which is why I am certain that I will not be visiting Dubai again in the near future.
