Welcome to the seventh episode of Benjamin Marco’s podcast series. As I said in the first podcast, this podcast is dedicated to one of the challenges we Iranians have, namely visas. Of course, I think we have several challenges in traveling, one of them is the lack of a credit card, and the second is a visa. Well, first of all, as I said, I saw a lot of things during my trip. Many travelers who are on different tours have to face problems sometimes because of carrying money. One of the challenges for us Iranians in our trip and the second one is visa. The visa issue has always been a hot topic, and it has always been one of the issues that was a big challenge for those who like to travel, for those who like to emigrate, for those who like to see the world. First, let’s see what visa is. A visa is a transit permit. Let me tell you like this; it is a letter to cross from one border to another. It is from one country to another country. As we know, with an Iranian passport right now, which I don’t know the dollar is 40 tomans or so, you can travel to twenty-seven or twenty-eight countries in the world without a visa. Unfortunately, our passport is one of the most unreliable passports in the world.

Many people ask me how to get a Schengen visa, sir, and it is about visas, especially parents’ visas, they ask this, and in this podcast, I want to give you information about the Schengen visa, about the Canadian visa, about the visa for Japan, Singapore, and even the African countries that have just arrived. We first understood what the visa is, where should we go and take action. When you want to go to a doctor, you have to make an appointment with the doctor first. It is the same for difficult visas, such as Schengen visas, Japanese visas, American and Canadian visas. I think the most difficult time for America is the time of the interview that the embassies give to deliver the documents and for the interviews. Because it is busy and you want to act right now, it will take four to five months. I will start it first because one of the most important issues is the Schengen visa. This and let me say that you need this visa to travel to Europe. You can apply by yourself; you can apply through some agencies that are very reliable and their costs are huge. They know where people have a weak point, they rip people off easily. By your presence, you can act on them and they will get them for you. Now let’s say that in my opinion, if you have never traveled, if you haven’t traveled at least one to two or three times, it is better not to apply for a Schengen visa. Unless there is a convincing reason, if you want to travel solo or travel alone and take action yourself, it is better to take at least one or two trips according to the advice I am giving you for someone who has experienced it myself.
